Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, posts, stories, RSVPs, messages, and any uploaded images. We can't restore deleted accounts — make sure that's what you want.
How do I report a user, post, or show?
Tap the … menu on any post, profile, or show and choose Report. Our team reviews reports daily and takes action on anything that violates our community guidelines. For urgent safety issues, email austin@carlinkhq.com directly.
I'm a show organizer. How do I list my event?
For now, email shows@carlinkhq.com with your show name, date, time, location, and a flyer if you have one. We'll add it for you. Once we open organizer accounts publicly, you'll be able to post and manage your own events directly.
Can I get my flyer image off the app?
Of course. Email austin@carlinkhq.com from the address you originally granted permission with, and we'll remove the image within 24 hours. Your show listing itself stays unless you ask us to remove that too.
What does CarLink cost?
The app is free. Listing a show is free. Some optional premium features (organizer analytics, paid promotion of a show, ad-free browsing) may be added later as paid extras, but the core experience will always be free.
Is my data sold to advertisers?
No. We don't sell or rent your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in CarLink, please email austin@carlinkhq.com with details. Please give us a reasonable window to respond before public disclosure. We appreciate responsible reporting.
